Website Terms
These terms apply to your use of the Bag Box custom-packaging inquiry website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Quotes and project agreements
This website presents examples of packaging work and allows businesses to request a quote. Submitting a request is not an order, an accepted quote or a binding production agreement. Product specifications, quantities, pricing, artwork approval, production timing, delivery, payment and any other project terms must be confirmed separately in writing.
Information and examples
Images and descriptions are illustrative examples. Materials, finishes, colors and availability depend on the individual project. Nothing on this website guarantees a particular result, delivery date, certification or environmental characteristic.
Your submissions
Provide accurate contact and project information and only submit material you are authorized to share. Do not submit unlawful, confidential third-party or sensitive personal information. Do not misuse the form, send spam, disrupt the website or attempt unauthorized access.
Intellectual property
The website’s content is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Displayed work does not imply endorsement. Do not copy or commercially reuse website content without appropriate permission.
External services and links
Phone, email and WhatsApp links may open services operated by other providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Bag Box does not control those services.
Website availability and liability
We aim to keep website information useful, but it may change or contain errors. The website is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bag Box is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on website information rather than confirmed project terms. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, updates and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how inquiry information is handled. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Questions about the website or a quote can be sent to info@bag-box.com.
